The conservative dentistry is the branch of dentistry that deals with the treatment of teeth damaged by trauma and cavities, reconstructing the structure through fillings. In the Chisci Dental Center the fillings are performed with white aesthetic materials specially chosen for conservative dentistry.

Endodontics (devitalization) comes into play in cases where the pathology has compromised the nerve and pulp of the tooth, often causing pain.
Once the tooth is devitalized, the structure is reconstructed with an onlay or a crown in order to extend the life of the tooth.

Diagnosis is essential! Early diagnosis of cavities and initial treatment reduces possible problems.
