Orthodontics is the branch of dentistry that deals with evaluating and correcting defects in dental occlusion and alignment. Dental misalignment makes brushing ineffective and over time this can lead to dental pathologies.

Gnathology is the branch of dentistry that deals with temporomandibular joint disorders. These disorders are characterized by pain and/or reduced ability to open the mouth. Disorders of the temporomandibular joint can be caused by numerous factors and for this reason a dental consultation is necessary for a correct diagnosis.
In the Chisci Dental Center it is possible to perform orthopantomography (panoramic) on clinical indication for a complete evaluation and correct clinical management.
