Impacted canine

The 14-year-old patient presented with impacted maxillary canine and persistence of primary canine. Radiographic examination confirms the impacted canine. The patient is treated with a fixed brace on both arches and minimally invasive tooth disinclusion surgery. The pictures show the patient at the beginning of the treatment with the upper primary canine still present and the patient at the end of the therapy, after removing the braces, with the permanent canine correctly positioned in the arch.
