Orthodontic and whitening treatment

The patient presented with severe crowding on both arches and an incisor fracture. Orthodontic therapy was performed with fixed braces on both arches and extraction of 4 premolars. At the end of the therapy the braces were removed, and professional whitening and the reconstruction of the incisors was carried out.
